Brewer-Clifton Wine Dinner at Between the Trees

May 5 | 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Where precision in the glass meets artistry on the plate.

Join us on Tuesday, May 5 for a curated dining experience hosted by Greg Brewer, Wine Enthusiast’s 2020 Winemaker of the Year, in collaboration with Executive Chef Adam Pugh.

Each wine reflects Brewer’s dedication to the land, capturing the essence of the Sta. Rita Hills, while Chef  Pugh brings that same intention to the plate—thoughtfully composing each course with a strong sense of place. Together, the evening unfolds through refined courses and exceptional pairings that celebrate both vineyard and kitchen.

Begin the evening with a welcome reception and an opportunity to connect with Greg in the Library at 6:30 pm, followed by a five-course dinner at Between the Trees at 7:00 pm.
