Brian McCormick is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in luxury hospitality. As Vice President of People & Culture at The Kessler Collection, he specializes in fostering a culture of inclusion, leadership development and organizational growth.

Prior to joining The Kessler Collection, Brian served as Vice President of Human Resources at The Broadmoor. There, he led human resources functions for over 2,200 employees, driving key cultural and operational initiatives. His background also includes leadership roles at Kohler Hospitality and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, where he played a pivotal role in talent development and workforce strategy at premier luxury properties.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with his family.
