Opportunity
Like many U.S. hotels during 2020, Beaver Creek Lodge was forced to close its doors for an extended period due to the pandemic. Once reopened, it was without a core segment—the international ski market. The hotel and Kessler Collection management team were tasked with creating a new niche for success while maintaining a financial responsibility to internal homeowners during a period marked by uncertainty and nearly constant change.
