IN-ROOM SAFE

Located in the guestroom closet. For your security, use the safe for all valuables, lock all windows and doors, use the viewport to ID all visitors, keep your keycard with you at all times and identify employees by their name tags.

TELEPHONE SERVICES

For voicemail retrieval, simply press the ‘Voicemail’ button on your telephone. Local calls are complimentary, long distance calls are $1 per minute with a $7.40 connection fee. International calls can be made with operator assistance. Please contact Guest Services if you need additional information.

ALTIRA POOL + LOUNGE

Our outdoor pool is conveniently located on the sixth floor. Please observe posted rules. Your guestroom keycard is required for access. Pool Hours: Sun up until sundown.

FITNESS CENTER

Enjoy the facilities of our Fitness Center (located on the sixth floor) 24-hours a day. Facilities include treadmills, cross-trainer, life cycle, dumbbells and multi-weight station. Complimentary headphones and refreshments are also available. Call Guest Services for details. Note: your guestroom keycard is required for access.

EXPRESS CHECKOUT

For your convenience, use our Express Check-Out option. Upon departure, leave your keycard with a Front Desk Grand Performer or call Guest Services and we will complete your check-out over the phone. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

HOUSEKEEPING AND GUEST REQUEST ITEMS

Our Housekeeping Grand Performers are available to service your guestroom or suite is Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please contact Guest Services should you require service at a specific time during your stay or need any of the following items:

• vanity kit—mouthwash, comb, disposable razor, shaving cream, shoe mitt, shower cap and sewing kit
• toothpaste / toothbrush
• feminine products
• cotton swabs / cotton balls
• earplugs, nail file
• bathrobes / slippers
• additional bed / bath linens
• rubber bath mats
• rollaway bed (based on availability)
• microwave and fridge available ($25 per day)

LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING

For collection of dry cleaning or laundry, please press ‘Guest Services’ on your telephone keypad. We offer same-day service Monday through Friday. Pickup is no later than 8:00 am for return by 5:00 pm. There is no pickup on Saturday, Sundays or national holidays.

BUSINESS CENTER

The Business Center is located on the fifth floor and offers an array of support services: printing and high speed internet access. Note: your guestroom keycard is required for access.
