The Bohemian Chef Series Continues—A tribute to culinary artistry and exceptional wines, the celebrated Bohemian Chef Series brings together distinguished Kessler chefs from across the Southeast for intimate, one-night-only dining experiences.
Join us at The Boheme as Executive Chef Francisco Sillero of Grand Bohemian Orlando partners with Executive Chef Peter Smith of Casa Monica Resort & Spa for a distinctive evening of inspired collaboration. Blending The Boheme’s refined French flavors with the Spanish-Moorish influences of Cordova, the evening offers a thoughtful fusion of culinary styles, techniques, and traditions. Savor 5 artfully-composed courses that reflect each chef’s distinct bohemian artistry, each thoughtfully paired with a selection from Folio Fine Wines.
Seats are limited — reserve yours today. The experience begins at 6:15 pm with a Meet & Greet Reception in the Rotunda, followed by dinner from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
