From the butcher to the final presentation, every cut and type of meat has its own set of rules. Learn how your steak, lamb, pork and chicken is cleaned, proportioned and prepared. You’ll learn how to make restaurant quality grill marks, braising and more. Dinner will be served with the class. Cocktails, wine and beer will be available for purchase at the bar once classwork is concluded.
