Grounded Wine Dinner

A celebration of the Carolinas, poured and plated. 

Join us Monday, April 14 for a multi-course dinner with winemaker Josh Phelps and Executive Chef James Lumley, where the spring bounty of the Blue Ridge Mountains meets intentionally crafted wines from Grounded Wine Co. In partnership with No Taste Like Home Foraging Tours, the Red Stag Grill culinary team brings locally foraged ingredients to the table for an evening inspired by the land and season. 

Enjoy a welcome reception in the Bösendorfer Salon at 6:00 pm, followed by dinner on the Tyrolean Terrace at 7:00 pm.
