Helen Wainwright serves as the Chief People Officer for the Kessler Collection. With over two decades of Human Resources hospitality experience in the U.S. and abroad, she brings an empathetic, evidence-based approach to HR strategy.

Helen’s work in Canada, the Caribbean, and the U.S. give her a unique perspective on building diverse teams that work together to provide extraordinary service. Under her leadership, some of the most well-known names in luxury hospitality have grown inclusive teams with a passion for service. She is resilient, insightful, and has a genuine gift for helping people recognize and develop their strengths.

When Helen isn’t developing and supporting the Kessler Collection’s team towards their professional goals, you can find her participating in an Orange Theory Fitness class or enjoying an NBA game.
