Fravy Collazo

Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President

Fravy Collazo joined The Kessler Collection as Chief Financial Officer in December 2011. He brings twenty-five years of professional and financial management experience in the hospitality industry to his role. Fravy is responsible for the company’s accounting, tax, financial reporting, information technology, human resources, procurement, treasury and capital markets functions.

Prior to joining The Kessler Collection, Fravy was the Corporate Controller for Westgate Resorts/Central Florida Investments, Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s accounting and reporting function including sales and marketing, development, resort operations, and homeowner associations.

Fravy served in accounting and advisory at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in the real estate industry, focusing primarily on hospitality and vacation ownership. During his eight years at Ernst & Young, he spent over two years working on special projects with Ernst & Young’s Hospitality Consulting Group serving such clients as Marriott, Hyatt, and Disney. He has extensive experience in acquisition due diligence, public offerings, SEC reporting, and financial analysis.

Fravy graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Public Accounting. Fravy loves exploring other cultures and is an avid world-traveler. When he doesn’t have quite enough time to globetrot, he makes his way to stateside waters—boating, fishing, and enjoying the beach.
