Mark Kessler

President & COO, Kessler Collection Design and Development

Mark W. Kessler is President & COO of Kessler Collection’s Design and Development. Kessler oversees corporate growth strategy, development, and design and leads the management of the Kessler Collection’s growing portfolio.

In 2002, Mark Kessler joined the company as Project Manager for Kessler Canyon, where he was responsible for planning, developing, and opening a 14,000-acre western Colorado retreat. He later assisted with the start-up of Kessler Europe, a satellite office based in Vienna, Austria which specialized in management and acquisition opportunities for Kessler Collection operations abroad. In late 2008, he was appointed President and COO of marketing, branding, and public relations.

Prior to joining The Kessler Enterprise, Inc., Mark served in the Ernst and Young Real Estate and Hospitality Services Group in Miami. His responsibilities were market research and due diligence for hotels, resorts, and assisted living facilities throughout the southeast. Kessler also worked as a commercial property analyst for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP and as assistant superintendent for C.D. Dangler Construction.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 1996 and a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University in 2001. He chairs the Kessler Collection Philanthropy Committee and is board member of Orlando’s Make-a-Wish Foundation.
