IN-ROOM SAFE & SECURITY

Located in the guestroom nightstand or closet. For your security, use the safe for all valuables, lock all windows and doors, use the viewport to ID all visitors, keep your keycard with you at all times and identify employees by their name tags.

TELEPHONE SERVICES

For voicemail retrieval, simply press the ‘Voicemail’ button on your telephone. Local calls and long distance calls are included in the Resort Fee. International calls can be made with operator
assistance. Please contact Guest Services if you need additional information.

SWIMMING POOL AND HOTE TUB

Our outdoor pool and hot tub are conveniently located on the second floor. Open from sunrise to sunset. Please observe posted rules.

BUSINESS CENTER

The Business Center is located on the lobby level and offers an array of support. For additional assistance contact Guest Services by dialing ‘0’. Note; your guestroom keycard is required for access.

FITNESS CENTER

Reinvigorate in our Fitness Center (located on the second floor) 24-hours a day. Facilities include treadmills, cross-trainer, life cycle, free weights and multi-weight station. Call Guest Services for details. Note; your guestroom keycard is required for access.

EXPRESS CHECKOUT

For your convenience, use our Express Check-Out option. Upon departure, leave your keycard with a Front Desk Grand Performer or call Guest Services and we will complete your check-out over the phone. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

HOUSEKEEPING AND GUEST REQUEST ITEMS

Our Housekeeping Grand Performers are available to service your guestroom or suite between 9:00 am-6:00 pm. Please contact Guest Services should you require service at a specific time during your stay or need any of the following items:

  • mouthwash, comb, disposable razor, shoe mitt, shower cap
  • vanity kit—sewing kit, cotton swabs, cotton balls
  • toothpaste / toothbrush
  • feminine products
  • earplugs
  • hangers
  • bathrobes / slippers
  • additional bed / bath linens
  • rubber bath mats
  • rollaway bed (based on availability)

LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING

For collection of dry cleaning or laundry, please dial ‘0’ on your telephone keypad. We offer same-day service Monday through Friday. Pickup is at 8:30 am for return by 6:00 pm the same day. There is no pickup on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
