Experience the Single Malt Scotch Dinner on November 5 at 6:30 PM, an exceptional evening taking place alongside the city’s Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife festivities. Hosted by Andy Westley, Master of Whiskey, the event will showcase fine single malts from the Foley Family Spirits collection paired with a decadent five-course tasting menu crafted by Executive Chef Peter Smith. One of only 18 Masters of Whisky, Andy Westley will guide guests through the nuances of five distinct single malts.
The evening begins with a cocktail reception at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner in our grand private dining room at 7:00 PM.
