High West Bourbon Dinner

Join us for an elevated 5-course bourbon-tasting dinner in Élevé’s Private Dining Room. Indulge in a curated selection of five distinct bourbons from High West, including several rare, highly allocated bottles. Led by Michael Potter, you’ll gain expert knowledge of the bourbon-making process, from grain to glass, with the unique experience of sampling the spring water straight from the distillery. Executive Chef Matthew Ward will complete the experience with exceptional culinary pairings to complement each bourbon’s unique character.
Tickets are $150.00 per person plus 20% gratuity.
