The new Grand Bohemian will be a fourteen-story, 250-room boutique hotel situated in the suburb of Sandy Springs, Georgia, about a half-mile west of Mercedes Benz. The property will feature an inspired Asian theme with carved marble columns, natural stone floors and other hand-selected artifacts. Guests will enjoy a rooftop restaurant and bar with inspired dining and handcrafted cocktails, a Grand Bohemian Art Gallery with private collections, and a luxurious spa for perfect relaxation. There will also be a state-of-the-art fitness center and plenty of meeting space for private events and celebrations. The hotel will be located in close proximity to the Sandy Springs MARTA Station, which will provide convenient transportation benefits to guests and employees.
Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte in North Carolina
A fifteen-story, 254-room luxury Grand Bohemian Hotel is coming soon to Uptown Charlotte at the corner of Church and Trade Street. Guests will be invited to lose track of time as they explore hand-selected works from across the globe in this unique Argentinian boutique hotel. The property will offer eclectic spaces for business meetings and events with a large ballroom, three breakout rooms and an additional pre-function area. The hotel will treat visitors and guests to an authentic culinary experience in a luxurious open kitchen restaurant adorned with crystals, rich woods and fine fabrics. There will also be a fitness facility, a Grand Bohemian Art Gallery and a rooftop restaurant and bar with stunning views of the city. Every detail in the new space is intentionally selected for guests to fully immerse themselves in the charming Argentinian culture.
Grand Bohemian Hotel Greenville in South Carolina
Greenville is making way for a seven-story Grand Bohemian Hotel offering 159 rooms, with several suites that will give guests plenty of space to stretch out. The hotel will be located at the entrance of Greenville’s iconic Falls Park where the Reedy River begins, and have a look and feel resembling a traditional park lodge in order to preserve the nature of its surroundings. Guests and visitors are invited to let their curiosity come out to play in a two-story restaurant with splendid views of the river. The hotel will provide guests with many opportunities to engage with the outdoors, including balconies in many of the rooms. The property will also feature a Grand Bohemian Art Gallery, a luxurious spa, fitness center and a pool providing scenic views of the falls. For business events, the site will include indoor meeting and pre-function space with an outdoor lawn for special events.
