What is the daily Destination Fee?

To offer our guests an exclusive selection of amenities and services, we charge a daily destination fee, which includes:

  • Wi-Fi Access
  • Champagne at check-in
  • Daily coffee in lobby, 7am – 9am
  • Daily cookies in lobby, 4pm – 5pm (based on availability)
  • 2 bottles of water, available from the front desk
  • 2-hour bicycle rental for 2 (based on availability, reservations required)
  • Use of Forsyth Park fitness and leisure equipment (based on availability)
  • Daily car service from 10am – 10pm (within 3-mile radius)
  • Daily shoe shining service (use bag in room and dial 0 for pick up)
  • Access to press reader app while using hotel Wi-Fi

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in at 4pm, Checkout at 11am

Does the hotel have Wi-Fi access?

Guests of the hotel receive complimentary Wi-Fi access.

Is there a fitness center and spa?

We have an 24-hour on-site fitness center equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, a Peloton and a variety of free weights. Services at our on-site spa, Poseidon Spa, are by appointment only.

What are the parking rates and/or options?

We offer Valet Parking for $35 per night.

Are masks/facial covering required?

Currently all staff and guests are required to wear a mask or facial covering in all public spaces, unless sitting to eat and drink.

What is the pet policy?

We’re proud to be one of the best pet friendly hotels near Savannah, GA. We allow pets up to 60 lbs, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Pet fees apply.

What restaurants, lounges and/or bars are nearby?

The hotel offers 700 Drayton and the Bösendorfer Lounge, which both offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening cocktails. There are a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars within a three-mile radius of the hotel. Our on-site concierge and front desk team are happy to assist you with recommendations, make reservations and provide directions.

What trolley tours are nearby?

Old Savannah Tours runs a trolley every 15 minutes between 8am and 5pm on the corner of East Hall and Drayton Street, opposite the east side of the hotel. Our on-site concierge and front desk team can assist with tickets, which can be billed to your room.

Does the hotel have a shuttle service?

Yes, our Kessler Shuttle runs daily from 10am until 10pm, within the 3-mile radius of downtown Savannah.

Where are the designated smoking areas?

Our hotel is designated non-smoking. We ask that all guests wishing to smoke do so a minimum of six feet away from any guest entrance. Please see our front desk team for specific locations.

Does the hotel offer bicycle rentals?

The hotel offers bicycle rentals on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional rentals can be made through our partner, Savannah on Wheels. Please see our front desk team or concierge for assistance.
