The Kessler Enterprise, Inc. Purchases Site for the Grand Bohemian Hotel & Residences in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg, FL (August 15, 2007) – The Kessler Enterprise, Inc. today announced its purchase of land comprising approximately 50,000 sq. ft. from the city of St. Petersburg for the Grand Bohemian Hotel & Residences project. The site is located at 100 2nd Street in downtown St. Petersburg.

Kessler, chairman and CEO of The Kessler Enterprise, Inc., said, “Today marks a milestone with the move forward towards making this unique, luxury property a reality for the residents of St. Petersburg. For the past two years, we have worked very closely with the City of St. Petersburg and are honored that they have selected us to build this world-class hotel. Construction will commence this coming fall, with scheduled completion in the fall of 2009."
Designed by the prestigious architectural firm of Fullerton Diaz Architects of Coral Gables, Florida, the Grand Bohemian Hotel & Residences will be a living masterpiece rising 29 stories distinctly above the vibrant city of St. Petersburg, FL and pristine waters of Tampa Bay.

The Grand Bohemian Hotel & Residences will be comprised of 254 guestrooms and luxury residences. The pristine white tower with its staggered, illuminated balconies and rising spire will resemble an Asian lantern with a noticeably modern twist.
